Collection of Case Studies

Every project has a real person with a real life and existence attached to it, and at the conception of every project is an anchor word. A feeling to return to throughout our work together, and what should naturally sit at the forefront of your mind after your space has been transformed.

This is my gallery of case studies depicting previous households’ transformations from start to finish, idealized anchor word to reality.

The E’s: Restoration

Corporate leader + business owner w/ airbnb property

Two high-achieving professionals were overwhelmed with household demands and the added responsibility of managing an Airbnb property. By integrating seamless home organizational systems, overseeing maintenance, and managing guests’ Airbnb experiences, I allowed them to focus entirely on work throughout the week and relaxation/fun on the weekends without worrying about mundane and time-consuming household chores. For parents and professionals with demanding careers, my work highlights how proper delegation restores weekends, peace of mind, and consistent property income.

Dual-career household w/ kids in the midst of a move

The M’s: Seamless

This household needed temporary help creating normalcy for children in the midst of a move, and an extra set of hands for pre-move tasks. I created personalized organization systems in their temporary living space that positively impacted the home and listed/managed 50+ Facebook Marketplace items for them. My services alleviated a portion of the mental load that accompanies moving, and parents could focus more on quality time with their kids during a transitory period.

I was brought on for part-time support as a trusted adult to oversee children’s after-school hours. Naturally, I saw where i could help this family further, and my role evolved into taking care of the little things that two parents do not want to expend energy on after a long day. I also headed up decluttering & organizational projects to make their long-term lives easier. Facebook Marketplace, seasonal coat closet/back hall resets, a basement play area that the kids’ had started to outgrow, and a ‘soo last year’ clothing clear-out with their 10-year-old all fall under the umbrella of things I loved helping their household with.

The S’s: Stability

This high-powered household hired me onto their team of house managers right before the holiday season as added support and to continue on afterwards. Within the year, I stepped up to their primary house manager position and became responsible for daily operations, including living space resets, laundry, pet care, plant & grounds care, furniture assembly, deliveries/repair services, travel assistance, inventory management, and entire home organization. The weight of having such full lives is removed, and they’re able to enjoy the fruits of their labor, knowing their household is taken care of.

The A’s: Serenity

One-Timers

Faced with a cross-country move while balancing a tech business and a medical career, this family needed a relocation plan that protected their children from chaos and disruption in their daily routines. Through a three-month strategic system, including hyper-specific packing elements such as categorizing, color-coding, and labeling, my main focus was to ensure clarity and organization upon arrival, while being mindful of their young children in the home. My services transform relocation from overwhelming to effortless, making it especially valuable for busy families.

Creating calm in a small city apartment

Working from home in a Chicago apartment, this couple faced cluttered, stressful spaces. By reimagining their bedroom, bathroom, and closet with a customized organization plan, decluttering, and streamlined systems for everyday success, we created a home where every item had a place. This resulted in reduced daily stress, improved mental energy, and a restored sense of calm. For families in limited spaces, my solutions make every square foot purposeful.

Supporting a neurodivergent household

This family sought guidance and structure for their autistic child, who struggled to navigate daily tasks. By helping to implement unique systems, like multiple toothbrush stations across the home and weather-based clothing organization, we created accessible, confidence-building solutions together. These highly personalized strategies demonstrate how my services adapt to neurodiverse needs, ensuring households function with flexibility and support.

Mentally ready to move with no idea where to start

When one partner moved into the other’s home, their belongings merged without a system. Things landed wherever there was room, and clutter became the norm. Both partners have ADHD, and staying on top of a home with no real foundation felt like an uphill battle, especially with schedules that left little room for shared momentum. They’ve wanted to sell the home for years but lack the time and skills to figure out where to start and what to do.

I was hired to remove this physical and mental roadblock. We started in the garage, building a bin system by category to create a staging point for the rest of the house. From there, we worked room by room — clothing systems, bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, and living spaces — decluttering and resetting each area, and leaving them with a plan to keep the momentum going after my work was done. Their anchor word was relief, and that’s exactly what was felt.
